Due to China’s long history and culture, dynastic changes and the tradition of burial, Kings have been planning their tombs even from the time they ascended the thron. In order to resist the grave robbers, the tomb often with geomantic omen, unknown locations and even deadly organs, but still not useful. As a result, hundreds of mysterious tombs have created an endless tomb robbing myths, which has always been one of the most popular Chinese folk tales.

From my personal point of view, huge statues, religious elements, dilapidated Spaces, mysterious ruins have always been elements of special interest to me.

So, I decided on the setting and the general story of my project: the ruins of a previously unknown temple uncovered by someone’s intrusion.
